Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using Rippling for applicant tracking, recruitment workflows, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer closure
• Use Rippling (ATS/HRIS) to track candidates, manage pipelines, and support onboarding
• Source talent through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain timely communication
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in Rippling
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Rippling
• Experience hiring for IT, Application Development, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services roles preferred
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
