About the Role: 

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot Specialist to manage, optimize, and execute marketing automation, CRM workflows, and lead generation strategies using HubSpot. This role demands strong technical expertise in HubSpot, a good understanding of inbound marketing, and hands-on campaign execution skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hubs. 

• Create, test, and execute automated workflows, emails, landing pages, and forms. 

• Set up and monitor lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing campaigns. 

• Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to support marketing and sales teams. 

• Ensure data cleanliness, accuracy, and integration with other tools (e.g., Salesforce, web apps). 

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align HubSpot strategy with business goals. 

• Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and stay up to date on new features. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working in HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub. 

• Strong understanding of inbound marketing and email marketing best practices. 

• Experience in list segmentation, lead scoring, and A/B testing. 

• Proficiency in HubSpot reporting and dashboard creation. 

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus. 

• HubSpot certifications are preferred.
