About the role
As a Guest Experience Supervisor (GES), your goal is the fun, engaging, efficient and safe movement of guests through the attraction. You will lead and coach a group of Guest Experience Guides to ensure team members have engaging interactions with our guests by bringing their best and anticipating guests’ needs while following Flyover standards and operating procedures. The Guest Experience Supervisor should always strive to represent both Flyover Las Vegas as well as maintain a positive attitude.
The wage for GES is $24 USD/hourly, and a full breakdown of perks and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
What you'll do
- Act as the Manager on Duty for Operations on a daily basis
- Hire, train, lead, support and coach the team of Guest Experience Guides
- Contribute to building a respectful environment where safety comes first
- Anticipate and actively respond to guest needs to elevate guest experience and hospitality at Flyover Las Vegas (FOLV) and managing guest flow capacity/communication with the Ride Operators to ensure max seat occupancy
- Be proficient user of point of sale and operations systems to ensure all transactions (FIT’s, groups, pre-paid voucher, ticket, retail, food & beverage, passenger sorting) are processed efficiently and accurately ensuring a seamless guest experience- Including RTP, Micros and Retail Pro, and ensuring cash is handled per our FOLV SOPs.
- Able to work every guest facing position effectively as the business needs
- Participate in the performance management of all hourly team members
- Gather and effectively communicate daily operational information, and answering questions about Flyover experience/products, assisting front of house and back of house members as required
- Respond to ride malfunction and emergency situations in accordance with standards
- Assist with updating and developing Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist Managers with special projects as requested
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in the tourism/hospitality industry preferred
- Experience in Front of House, ticketing, retail and food & beverage
- Ensure a safe place for our team members and guests, while providing incredible service and driving sales
- Previous team leadership experience is an asset
- Must be comfortable and engaging when speaking in front of groups
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings weekends and Holidays
- Extensive knowledge about Las Vegas and local area is an asset
- Be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time, indoors and outdoors, year round
