The Sales and Operations Coordinator supports the location by working with customers, vendors, and employees to provide operational and sales services.  The Sales and Operations Coordinator supports sales as needed, anything from over the counter sales to following up with customers.  The Sales and Operations Coordinator is a true multi-tasker who works in many facets while completing operations tasks and providing customer service to internal and external customers.  They work cooperatively with the other members of the team to ensure orders are placed correctly and the customer gets exactly what they need. This position requires a customer service attitude for both internal and external customers.   

Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited to: 

• Assist customers with installation questions and any customer service needs as well as new sale needs.   

• Assist walk-in customers with customer service and over the counter sales.

• Follow up with customers post job completion to ensure satisfaction and obtain reviews. 

• Email final invoicing.  Assist accounting as needed. 

• Assist outside sales representatives as requested. 

• Handle customers’ inquiries/requests in a timely manner. 

• Communicates frequently with the customer. 

 What credentials do you need?  Proven high performance results, the right personality for our culture and the perseverance to make the customer happy no matter how hard it gets.  A high level of detail orientation and data entry experience will be required to make you successful, Quickbooks experience is a plus.
