JOB OVERVIEW:  

The Marketing Services Specialist is responsible for executing customer marketing plans on a daily, weekly and yearly basis. This position includes email marketing, website management and improvements, online store enhancements, blog posting, GMB Posting, social media marketing, and paid social advertising. 

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: 

• Managing a calendar of marketing activities for multiple clients. 

• Staying current with the intricacies of various social media platforms. 

• Learning new techniques in email marketing, send times, automation, and design. 

• Being brand aware and improving a customer’s brand through design. 

• Analyzing click through rates, open rates and goal performance. 

• Experience building / tweaking consumer-facing sites using WordPress 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

• 1 + year experience with Content Management Systems 
• Experience with automated email platforms and managing social media campaigns 
• Experience building designs, email graphics, and flyers in Canva.
