About the Role
Forge is seeking a knowledgeable, highly motivated and customer-focused HVAC Sales Specialist (Home Comfort Advisor) to help support our growing direct-to-homeowner business. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving new business by assisting homeowners and guiding them through the process of selecting a new heating and cooling system. This consultative role involves listening to customers' needs, educating them on suitable solutions, and recommending the best options to fit their home and lifestyle.
Key responsibilities include speaking & meeting with homeowners, scoping the right heating system for each home, creating proposals, clearly explaining system details, answering homeowner questions, and ensuring a smooth transition to our operations team for seamless project execution. You will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the assessment, decision-making, fulfillment, and follow-up process.

✔ Available to work full-time with flexibility to work extended hours if needed.
✔ Valid driver's license.
✔ Authorized to work in the U.S.
✔ Willing and able to pass a background check and 4-panel drug test (no marijuana screening).
Compensation:
$70,000–$150,000 (base + commission), depending on experience.
