About Formant
The Enterprise Customer Success Engineer serves as a bridge between our sales process, the implementation of our solutions, and ongoing support for our enterprise customers. This role requires an individual who can understand complex customer requirements, provide technical insights, and lead teams effectively to ensure timely delivery and a smooth ongoing experience for our customer.
In this role, you will
Be a product expert and technical resource for Formant's Customers.
Communicate effectively with customers: discover needs, prioritize requirements, convey solutions, and build value.
Contribute directly to the implementation process, write efficient code and support existing projects.
Work closely with internal teams to meet customer demands, identify solutions, and provide product feedback.
Design and implement distributed systems to meet the short and long term needs of our customers
Qualifications
Proficient in React, Typescript and Python
>5 years experience in a customer facing engineering role
Direct experience with Enterprise customers
Solutions Architecture experience
Strong problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills, and genuine empathy.
Collaborative spirit, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and adaptable to change.
