About the Role:
This is a high impact role at global fast-growing startup
AI is going to lead to massive job displacement, so retraining and reskilling are needed now more than ever.
Forte is the world's leader in managing retraining and upskilling programs worldwide. We're looking for an amazing Education Delivery Coordinator to help lead the management of retraining and upskilling programs worldwide.
This is an exciting high-impact role that involves managing lots of stakeholders across multiple countries and continents (including funders of education/training such as governments and foundations, as well as managing world-class training providers). It also involves advanced project management to ensure retraining and upskilling programs are delivered on time and to a world-class standard.
Key Information:
- Job Title: Project Manager
- Location: Medellín, Colombia
- Type: This is a full-time employment position
- Start Date: Flexible (ideally commencing in February or March 2026)
- Language: Must be completely fluent in Spanish and English (B2 or higher)
- Compensation Package: 7M-12M Colombian Pesos (COP) per month base salary plus equity (stock options). The exact package depends on experience and ability.
The Best Candidates for this role will:
- Be bilingual (fluent in both Spanish and English at a minimum);
- Be able to manage stakeholders well;
- Excel at efficient operations;
- Be based in Medellín or willing to relocate to Medellín;
- Know how to use AI and software tools to improve efficiency and reduce the time and errors associated with manual processes;
- Proficiency in data management and analysis with high attention to detail;
- High comfortability working in Excel and/or Google Sheets, SQL and data visualization skills a plus;
- Thrive in a fast-paced fast-growing startup environment; and
- Be organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership of real impact work.
