About the role

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, driven, and collaborative Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This role is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by streamlining sales processes, analyzing performance metrics, and enabling our sales team to excel in a fast-paced, startup environment. Working closely with sales leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and scaling revenue growth.


What you'll do

As a Sales Operations Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with sales leadership to design and implement scalable processes that enhance pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Maintaining and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Creating and delivering sales performance reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Managing sales tools and systems, ensuring the team has the resources needed to succeed.
  • Onboarding and training new sales team members on tools and processes.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales operations or similar role preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.



US Salary Range
 $120,000—$220,000
 

The salary range for this role is an estimate and is based on a wide variety of compensation factors. The salary offered to candidates will vary based on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) relevant work experience, education, specialized training, critical expertise, training, and more. Equity in Forterra is included in most of our full-time, high-demand roles and is therefore considered part of Forterra’s overall compensation package. In addition to base salary and equity, Forterra offers competitive benefits for full-time employees including:
