About the role

Forterra is currently seeking high-performing interns to join our Summer 2025 internship cohort with the Growth Team. Joining Forterra as an intern is an excellent way to get hands-on experience working in a high-technology, start-up environment where you'll gain experience working through stimulating business development challenges while collaborating with employees at all levels, from your peers to our Executive team. This is a 3-month paid internship located in Washington, D.C.

What you'll do

As a Growth Intern, you will work closely with our Growth Leads and Mission Operations Leads to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive the growth of Forterra’s new business. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential new business opportunities. 
  • Supporting the development of business cases and go-to-market strategies for new initiatives. 
  • Assisting in the preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for potential customers and partners. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to align business objectives.

  • Must be currently pursing a graduate degree


US Monthly Compensation Range
 $8,000/month
 

The monthly compensation range for this role is an estimate and is based on a wide variety of compensation factors. The compensation offered to candidates will vary based on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) relevant work experience, education, specialized training, critical expertise, training, and more.
