About the role

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments and can quickly pick up technical concepts. Prior recruiting experience is not required, but we need someone who is diligent, relentless, detail-oriented, and adaptable. You will work closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to source, engage, and hire top-tier talent.


What you'll do

  • Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to closing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand technical hiring needs and develop tailored strategies.
  • Identify and engage top-tier talent through direct outreach, networking, and creative sourcing techniques.
  • Quickly learn and understand complex technical concepts in robotics, autonomy, AI, and ML to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
  • Manage a seamless and high-touch candidate experience.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in tracking candidates and recruitment metrics.
  • Work effectively with a wide range of personalities, from engineers to executives.
  • Travel up to 15% for career fairs, conferences, and on-site hiring events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, sales, or recruiting
  • Engineering or technical degree
  • Genuine interest in technology


US Salary Range
 $65,000-85,000/year.
 

The salary range for this role is an estimate and is based on a wide variety of compensation factors. The salary offered to candidates will vary based on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) relevant work experience, education, specialized training, critical expertise, training, and more. Equity in Forterra is included in most of our full-time, high-demand roles and is therefore considered part of Forterra’s overall compensation package. In addition to base salary and equity, Forterra offers competitive benefits for full-time employees including:
