About the role
We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial VP of C3, Growth to lead go-to-market strategy and drive meaningful growth outcomes for Forterra’s Command, Control, and Communications (C3) ecosystem within our autonomy platform.
This role is central to scaling adoption of Forterra’s C3 infrastructure across defense and government customers. You will grow early engagements into enduring, impactful programs that strengthen operational capability and enable distributed, autonomy-enabled operations at scale.
As VP of C3, Growth, you will connect Forterra’s technical C3 stack, including operator interfaces, remote communications links, API integrations, and autonomy systems, to real mission needs. You will ensure our command and control capabilities are positioned not just as features, but as foundational infrastructure for autonomous battlefield networks.
