What You’ll Do: 

  • You’ll develop and deliver custom product demonstrations to key decision-makers to address their business issues and needs. 
  • You’ll remain an active participant in the full sales cycle from initial demo through closing of deal. 
  • You’ll serve as a presales expert in product expertise, including its architecture, all areas of functionality, industry application, and deployment methodologies in the philanthropic space. 
  • You’ll lead discovery discussions with clients to understand their organizational goals, pain points, and business processes. 
  • You’ll align client needs with the capabilities of our software solutions, offering tailored recommendations. 
  • You’ll participate in sales meetings with prospects, presenting how our solutions address specific challenges and provide value. 
  • You’ll maintain and update demonstration environments to ensure systems are fully functional and represent the latest features and improvements of our software solutions. 
  • You’ll maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and competitor insights to position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients. 
  • You’ll lead presentations at conferences, webinars, and other events, demonstrating technical features and business benefits of our software. 
  • You’ll set up product evaluation environments and oversee the evaluation process. 
  • You’ll evaluate client data and recommend migration paths from legacy systems, ensuring smooth transitions. 
  • Other duties as assigned.  

 

What You’ll Need: 

  • 7+ years of experience in technology consulting, solutions engineering, or pre-sales roles within the philanthropic, nonprofit, or grants management sectors. 
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based software solutions and their application in managing complex client needs. 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive-level audiences. 
  • Knowledge of change management and business process reengineering methodologies. 
  • Proven ability to build relationships and effectively engage with clients, partners, and internal teams. 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver positive outcomes for clients and the business. 
  • Enthusiastic and professional demeanor with a passion for continuous learning and improvement. 
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%) 
  • Must be legally eligible to work in EU/UK.
