Job Summary: As a Strategic Account Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping our clients maximize the value of their CommunitySuite software. You will analyze existing data workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement best practices to streamline processes. Additionally, you will provide fractional professional services in accounting, assisting clients with financial data management, reporting, and compliance. Your expertise will empower organizations to leverage CommunitySuite effectively, enhancing overall productivity and decision-making.

We are expanding our services to include a consulting arm designed to complement and support our software offerings. We seek a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team and help drive success for our clients through tailored consulting services. 

Role Overview: 

As a Consulting Services Specialist, you will work directly with clients and prospects to understand their unique needs, challenges, and goals. You will leverage your expertise to offer insights, best practices, and strategies that help clients maximize the value of our software. This role is critical in building strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the successful adoption of our software products through strategic consulting. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Engagement: Work with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges, and identify opportunities to leverage our software for maximum impact. 

  • Consulting Services Delivery: Provide expert consulting services, including best practice advice, process optimization, and strategic planning to help clients effectively implement and use our software. 

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. 

  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' CommunitySuite data structures and workflows to identify areas for improvement. 

  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to map current processes and recommend enhancements to streamline operations and reduce redundancies. 

  • Fractional Accounting Services: Provide part-time accounting support, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance management, ensuring accurate and timely financial data. 

  • Implementation Support: Assist clients in implementing optimized processes and data management practices within CommunitySuite. 

  • Training & Support: Provide training sessions and ongoing support to client teams on best practices for data management, process efficiency, and accounting practices. 

  • Documentation: Develop clear documentation outlining process changes, system configurations, and user guides. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with all cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout projects. 

  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to track the success of implemented changes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. 

  • Strategic Partnerships: Create and foster deep relationships with existing and new clients. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in CommunitySuite and/or Community Foundation accounting. 

  • Strong background in accounting principles and practices, with experience in financial data management and reporting.
