We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Customer Success Operations Intern to support our Client Services teams. This internship provides hands-on experience with key business operations, data analytics, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and customer success.



Where You’ll Work: 

  • This is an in-person role based at our Bozeman, Montana headquarters and requires a regular on-site presence.
  • With headquarters in Bozeman, Montana (Foundant), Toronto, Canada (SmartSimple), and our EMEA office in Dublin, Ireland, you’ll be part of a globally connected team. Whether you’re working remotely or from one of our office locations, you’ll be contributing to a vibrant, collaborative culture focused on driving meaningful impact across the world.  


What You’ll Do:

  • You'll support operational initiatives across all Client Services departments, including Client Success, Client Delivery, Client Support, Consulting, Account Management, and Product Education.
  • You'll generate and analyze monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
  • You'll support the implementation and maintenance of a client health monitoring tool.
  • You'll conduct client health data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • You'll contribute to the development of client data strategies.
  • You'll assist with enterprise data projects, including data cleaning and analysis.
  • You'll create and refine bespoke reports for internal and external stakeholders.


What You’ll Need:

  • Strong business acumen and interest in strategic business operations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
  • Interest in data transformation and exploratory data analysis.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel and Salesforce (or a willingness to learn).
  • Knowledge of business management information systems is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey data-driven insights.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in business operations, data analytics, or customer success.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
