What You’ll Do:
Marketing Technology Management:
- Oversee our marketing technology infrastructure and vendor management, including automation platforms (like Marketo, Salesforce, Pathfactory), CRM systems, and other marketing technology tools, ensuring all tools are integrated and function optimally.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and stay abreast of new technologies that could improve marketing performance and team efficiency.
Campaign Execution and Management:
- Set and proactively manage standard operating procedures for basic automation workflows and respective performance tracking to empower team members to independently execute marketing activities.
- Coordinate and partner with team members to execute campaigns. This involves scheduling, segmenting audiences, setting up automation workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing efforts.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and report on marketing data to help guide strategic decisions.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing Analyst to develop and maintain dashboards that provide insights into marketing campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI.
- Create and optimize marketing processes by identifying bottlenecks, creating efficient workflows, and automating repetitive tasks.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices in marketing automation, lead management, and data quality
Data Hygiene and Compliance:
- Maintain data accuracy and hygiene with the marketing database to ensure reliable campaign targeting.
- Ensure compliance of marketing data and processes with appropriate data management and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA)
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Information Systems (IS), and other departments to ensure marketing operations align with company objectives and client needs.
Budget Management:
- Assist in the management of the marketing budget, ensuring spending aligns with strategic priorities
- Track return on investment
What You’ll Need:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related role with tech stack, database management and compliance responsibilities.
- 3 – 5 years of hands-on marketing automation and CRM experience. Certifications are a strong asset (e.g. Marketo Certified Expert).
- Excellent data analytics skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Experience managing marketing system integrations to improve business efficiency and help team members automate or simplify their work.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Tools used: Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pathfactory, Bizible, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Zoom webinar, Office365
