The Opportunity
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in the dynamic world of healthcare and startup recruiting. This isn't your average sourcing role — you'll be a strategic partner embedded in a high-growth organization, driving end-to-end hiring across clinical and corporate functions. You'll own the candidate experience, build relationships with top talent, and help Fountain Life attract the people who will shape the future of preventive health.
This is a role for someone who moves fast, thinks creatively, and takes genuine pride in connecting exceptional candidates with life-changing opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles — from clinical positions (physicians, nurses, health coaches) to corporate and operational functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Build structured interview process to include hiring manager education
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates through creative sourcing, networking, and employer brand efforts
- Assist with creation of Compensation Bands in alignment with continued growth
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first touch to offer — communicating with clarity, warmth, and speed
- Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and recruiting workflows with precision and attention to detail
- Leverage Rippling (or similar HRIS/ATS) to maintain accurate recruiting data, reporting, and compliance documentation
- Analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and report on hiring progress to People leadership
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Fountain Life — articulating our mission and culture in a way that excites and attracts top talent to include oversight of LinkedIn Recruiter presence
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (startup or scale-up experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success recruiting clinical roles — physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, or allied health professionals
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referral networks, and beyond
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills — you're the kind of recruiter candidates actually look forward to hearing from
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on key recruiting KPIs
- Familiarity with healthcare or longevity/wellness industries is a strong plus
- Experience with Rippling is a HUGE plus — if you've used it to manage ATS workflows, onboarding, or HRIS data, we definitely want to talk
