About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Administrator to manage, optimize, and develop our HubSpot ecosystem. This role is critical in ensuring that our CRM, marketing automation, and sales tools are effectively structured, tagged, and integrated for maximum efficiency. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, preferably in a high-growth startup environment, and is comfortable implementing technical solutions that improve our customer and sales workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
-Tagging & Data Management: Implement and maintain a comprehensive tagging ecosystem to ensure accurate segmentation, reporting, and automation.
-Integration Strategy: Evaluate and recommend third-party integrations to enhance HubSpot’s capabilities and align with business objectives.
-HubSpot Development: Build and optimize workflows, custom properties, reports, and automation within the HubSpot platform.
-Process Optimization: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure HubSpot is structured to support scalability and efficiency.
-Technical Support & Training: Provide support to internal teams and offer best practices training to maximize platform utilization.
-Data Hygiene & Compliance: Ensure data cleanliness, deduplication, and compliance with data governance policies.
-Performance Analysis: Generate insights from HubSpot reports and dashboards to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub (preferably in a high-growth startup environment).
-Strong understanding of tagging, segmentation, and workflow automation in HubSpot.
-Experience with HubSpot integrations and API connections.
-Ability to build and maintain HubSpot properties, lists, and reports to drive insights and efficiency.
-Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and HubL for minor template customizations (preferred).
-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into HubSpot solutions.
-Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
-HubSpot certifications are a plus.
