A Moore Better Me Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time, fully licensed Washington therapist to provide compassionate, culturally responsive care through telehealth. This role is ideal for a clinician seeking a part-time caseload within a collaborative virtual practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to clients located in Washington.
• Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the care team to support client progress and continuity of care.
• Follow applicable ethical, licensing, and telehealth requirements.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Washington license as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT.
• Fully licensed to practice independently; associate licenses do not qualify.
• Experience providing evidence-based, client-centered treatment.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment.
• Reliable internet and a private space for confidential telehealth sessions.
• Consistent availability for a part-time caseload.
