About the role
Abby is entering physical retail and we're launching our first clinic location — a health activation space in a shopping centre — with plans to expand to additional locations across Australia in the year ahead.
This is the person who makes that happen.
The Head of Retail Expansion owns the physical operation from the ground up: finding and securing sites, managing kiosk fit-outs, hiring and training staff, and ensuring every new location opens on time and runs smoothly from day one. After the pilot, they take the playbook they’ve built and replicate it nationally while managing the ongoing operations of the existing sites.
This is a hands-on role. The right person has opened stores before — they know what it takes to get from lease execution to opening day, they've managed shopfitters and centre operators, and they've handled the operational detail that makes physical retail actually work. Healthcare experience is not required or expected.
