IT Administrator

About AgelessRx

AgelessRx is a first-of-its-kind, longevity-focused telehealth platform with an e-commerce component. Our mission is to collectively give people millions of extra healthy years, so everyone can enjoy more of what they love in a world where people are empowered to live as long as they want. We believe aging should no longer be treated as a dreadful inevitability, but instead, as a puzzle that can be solved, a fight that can be fought – just as a disease with a cure. Through our free-to-use platform, we offer trusted, data-driven longevity solutions and scientifically backed prescription therapies to help safely lower the risk of age-related diseases.

About the role

AgelessRx is seeking a hands-on, highly organized IT Administrator to own the day-to-day operation of our internal technology environment. As a fully remote telehealth company, our employees rely heavily on company devices, cloud-based applications, identity and access systems, and secure technology infrastructure to do their work effectively.

This role will serve as the primary owner of employee-facing IT operations across AgelessRx, including company devices, SaaS applications, account provisioning, onboarding and offboarding, technical support, and IT asset management. This person will be responsible not only for resolving issues as they arise, but also for building scalable, well-documented systems and processes that make our technology environment easier to manage as the company grows.

The IT Administrator will work closely with our Senior Security Engineer to ensure that IT systems and processes support AgelessRx's security, privacy, and compliance requirements. While the Senior Security Engineer owns the broader security program and technical security strategy, the IT Administrator will be responsible for implementing and maintaining many of the day-to-day administrative controls that keep our workforce and systems operating securely.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being both a builder and an operator: someone willing to troubleshoot an employee's device one moment and then improve an organization-wide device management, access, or SaaS administration process the next.

What you'll do

IT Systems & SaaS Administration

  • Own administration of AgelessRx's company-wide technology platforms, including Google Workspace, Anthropic, and other SaaS applications.
  • Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, licenses, application configurations, and administrative settings across company systems.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of company applications, administrators, licenses, users, and system owners.
  • Partner with business teams to evaluate, configure, implement, and support new software and technology solutions.
  • Monitor SaaS utilization and licensing and identify opportunities to consolidate, remove, or optimize applications.
  • Maintain clear documentation for IT systems, configurations, administrative processes, and recurring procedures.

Identity, Access & Employee Lifecycle

  • Own IT provisioning and deprovisioning for employee and contractor onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
  • Ensure employees have appropriate system and application access based on their roles and responsibilities.
  • Execute access changes and administrative controls in partnership with the Senior Security Engineer and company leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records of system access, administrative privileges, and company-issued technology.
  • Support recurring access reviews and promptly remediate identified access issues.
  • Develop scalable onboarding and offboarding processes that provide employees with the technology and access they need while protecting company systems and data.

Device & Endpoint Management

  • Own the lifecycle of company-issued laptops and other technology, including purchasing, imaging, configuration, deployment, inventory, support, recovery, and replacement.
  • Implement and administer AgelessRx's mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management environment.
  • Maintain device configuration standards and ensure required applications, updates, and administrative controls are consistently deployed.
  • Coordinate shipping and retrieval of equipment for a fully remote workforce.
  • Maintain an accurate asset inventory and clear ownership records for company devices.
  • Partner with the Senior Security Engineer to implement endpoint security requirements and remediate device-related security issues.

Employee IT Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal technical support across AgelessRx.
  • Diagnose and resolve employee issues involving company devices, applications, accounts, permissions, connectivity, and other workplace technology.
  • Establish an organized system for receiving, prioritizing, tracking, and resolving IT requests.
  • Identify recurring employee issues and implement systemic solutions rather than repeatedly addressing the same problems.
  • Create clear employee-facing documentation and self-service resources for common technology needs.
  • Provide responsive, thoughtful support to employees working across a fully remote environment.

IT Infrastructure, Data & Operations

  • Support and maintain AgelessRx's internal technology and data infrastructure.
  • Manage file storage, sharing, permissions, and collaboration systems across the organization.
  • Lead technology migrations and implementations as business needs evolve.
  • Maintain appropriate backup, recovery, retention, and administrative processes for company-managed systems in partnership with Security and other stakeholders.
  • Identify operational risks, gaps, or inefficiencies within the company's technology environment and proactively recommend solutions.

Security & Compliance Partnership

  • Work closely with the Senior Security Engineer to maintain a secure and compliant technology environment.
  • Implement and maintain IT controls established through AgelessRx's security and compliance programs, including identity, access, endpoint, and device-management requirements.
  • Support access reviews, audits, evidence collection, incident response, and other recurring security or compliance activities.
  • Escalate suspected security incidents, vulnerabilities, inappropriate access, or other technology risks promptly.
  • Help ensure approved company applications and devices are configured and used in accordance with AgelessRx policies.
  • Support implementation of controls governing company-approved AI tools and other emerging technologies.

During the first several months, this role will be expected to help lead foundational IT initiatives, including:

  • Complete AgelessRx's migration from OneDrive to Google Drive, including departmental files, permissions, ownership, and employee transition.
  • Implement and deploy a company-wide MDM solution and establish an ongoing process for device configuration, inventory, security, maintenance, and recovery.
  • Assess the current SaaS and IT environment and establish a centralized inventory of applications, licenses, administrators, system owners, and access.
  • Standardize IT onboarding and offboarding processes across employees and contractors.
  • Establish a scalable internal IT support process, including documentation, request tracking, prioritization, and employee self-service resources.
  • Support Zendesk administration and technical integrations, including AI-related integrations, as business ownership requires.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in IT administration, systems administration, corporate IT, or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting a distributed or fully remote workforce.
  • Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace in a business environment.
  • Experience administering SaaS applications, user accounts, permissions, groups, and licenses across an organization.
  • Experience implementing or administering MDM and endpoint-management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management fundamentals, including SSO, MFA, least-privilege access, and account lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across devices, operating systems, SaaS applications, accounts, permissions, and connectivity.
  • Experience managing company hardware, asset inventory, device deployment, and remote equipment logistics.
  • Strong documentation and process-development skills.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously and prioritizing competing needs in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly when supporting non-technical employees.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent relevant professional experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in healthcare, telehealth, or another regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and the technology controls associated with protecting PHI.
  • Experience implementing or improving IT operations at a growing startup.
  • Experience with Google Workspace migrations, particularly Microsoft 365/OneDrive to Google Workspace/Drive.
  • Experience selecting, implementing, or migrating MDM platforms.
  • Familiarity with security tools, endpoint protection, access reviews, audit evidence collection, and incident-response processes.
  • Experience administering Zendesk or similar support platforms.
