The Composites Manufacturing Technician is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of composite materials and components used in manufacturing operations. This role supports production by performing layup, curing, trimming, and inspection processes to ensure high-quality composite parts that meet engineering specifications and customer requirements.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with composite materials, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Working Conditions
This job is usually accomplished in an indoor workshop environment. Activities may include climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, and walking demands. May require lifting of objects whose weight normally will not exceed 50 lbs. Special vision abilities required to perform this job are close and peripheral vision, and acceptable depth perception. Noise levels range from quiet to extremely loud.
