We are seeking a Senior Engineer with strong manual, automation, and managerial skills to join our dynamic team.

Experience Level: 6+ Years (Minimum 3 years experience as an Automation Engineer)
Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Fully Remote

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 PM - 3 AM (Bangladesh Time)

What You'll Do:

• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure software quality and functionality
• Possess a strong background in automation tools and frameworks, enabling efficient testing processes and continuous integration to ensure reusable and optimized automation scripts.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead quality assurance initiatives, promoting best practices and a culture of quality within the team
• Ability to write scripts for automating tasks and enhancing the CI/CD process.
• Do a code review, provide feedback, and make the necessary changes before final approval and merging into the main codebase.
• Experience with Git and understanding of branching strategies to manage code changes effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• Combined UI and API testing using playwright to ensure complete coverage of application functionality
• Automation using TDD/BDD approach
• CI/CD Pipeline (i.e. Azure DevOps)
• Version control system (i.e. Git, Bitbucket and so on)
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).

• Understanding of QA processes and test automation processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to identify issues quickly and work collaboratively to implement solutions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively. MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH (non-negotiable, as this engineer will be working directly with project teams in the USA).

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
