Alliance Solutions Group, LLC

Senior Director of Finance

The Opportunity

Alliance Solutions Group is a leading Sage Intacct partner for the construction industry and a fast-growing, PE-backed professional services organization. As Alliance continues to scale, we are investing in the leadership, infrastructure, and insights needed to support our next stage of growth.

We are looking for a Senior Director of Finance to serve as a strategic business partner to our leadership team and help shape how we plan, measure, and make decisions across the business. This role sits at the intersection of financial planning, business intelligence, and business strategy—translating financial and operational data into clear insights that help leaders understand performance, evaluate opportunities, and make informed decisions.

The right leader will bring an Alliance-first mindset and a strong understanding of how Finance can enable the broader business. They will partner closely with leaders across the organization, bring a thoughtful financial perspective to strategic conversations, and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and create value. Success in this role requires someone who can move comfortably between the details and the bigger picture—building strong financial discipline while helping Alliance scale with confidence.

This is a fully remote role with quarterly travel for Leadership offsites and report directly to the CEO and sit on the Executive Leadership team.

Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and continuously improve the efficiency and scalability of Finance operations.
  • Oversee the financial components of the order-to-revenue lifecycle, ensuring accurate deal booking, billing readiness, provisioning coordination, and strong handoffs across Sales, Finance, and Delivery as the company’s offerings and deal structures become more complex.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve Finance systems, processes, and automation, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, strengthen data integrity, reduce manual effort, and build infrastructure that can scale with the business.

Revenue & Business Intelligence

  • Own revenue and commercial analytics at the strategic level, providing leadership with clear visibility into pipeline health, bookings, revenue performance, renewals, retention, and churn. Go beyond reporting what happened to identifying why it happened and what we should do next.
  • Lead deeper analysis of the drivers behind company performance, including customer and product segmentation, retention and churn trends, expansion opportunities, service-line economics, and other areas that can unlock profitable growth.
  • Support pricing, packaging, and investment decisions by developing financial models that evaluate economics, scalability, ROI, and potential business impact.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership on forecasting and pipeline analytics, strengthening the connection between commercial activity and financial outcomes and improving the predictability of future performance.
