We are looking for a Kitchen Shift Lead to join our team! The ideal candidate will be committed to inspiring an up-beat, productive, and fun team environment.  You will help grow the business by creating genuine experiences and building positive relationships with guests, our team, and vendors.

Qualifications: 

• 2-3 years of experience in a fast casual environment that values quality food, with at least one year in a Kitchen Supervisor or Shift Lead role- scratch kitchen experience strongly preferred! 

• Focus on building positive relationships with guests and team members 

• Commitment to our service standards and excellent training  

• Create a memorable experience for every guest and role model heartfelt hospitality 

• Calm, positive and solutions oriented when under pressure
