The Role
We’re looking for a People Operations Coordinator who will be the engine behind our day-to-day practices. This role is all about making things work—seamlessly, consistently, and in a way that supports both our employees and our business.
You’ll partner closely with the Head of Grow People to bring our strategy to life through strong operations, responsive support, and scalable processes across our retail locations.

What You'll Do:
Employee Experience
- Own the day-to-day employee lifecycle—from onboarding to transitions to offboarding
- Ensure every employee interaction is timely, clear, and people-first
- Be a trusted partner for employee and manager questions
Process Streamlining & Improvement
- Maintain clean, accurate HR data and systems (HRIS, reporting, documentation)
- Support core processes like job changes, status updates, and payroll inputs
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve how we operate
Manager Support
- Partner with store leaders to guide them through HR processes and best practices
- Help ensure policies are applied consistently with both care and clarity
Benefits & Leave Administration
- Help employees navigate benefits and leave programs
- Coordinate leave processes and support vendor interactions
Compliance
- Ensure processes are consistent and well-documented
Recruiting & Onboarding
- Post roles and maintain job descriptions
- Help keep hiring processes moving, through strong coordination and follow-through
What You Bring:
- Experience in HR, operations, administration, or a customer-facing role
- A strong interest in learning and growing within People/HR
- A natural ability to stay organized and follow through on details
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- A proactive mindset—you step in, figure things out, and keep things moving
- A thoughtful, approachable style—people trust you and feel support
