Position Summary

The Instrumentation & Controls Engineering Manager serves as the technical authority for control systems across all projects, including EPMS, BAS/BMS, and system integration. This role ensures proper design, installation, and commissioning of critical control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of controls systems (EPMS, BAS, SCADA)
• Lead system integration across electrical and mechanical systems
• Manage commissioning, testing, and system validation
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in critical environments
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and contractors
• Establish controls standards and best practices
• Support system turnover and operational readiness
• Mentor technical staff as the team grows

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in controls engineering or building automation
• Experience with mission-critical or data center systems preferred
• Strong commissioning and troubleshooting background
• Familiarity with major control platforms and system integration
