Be Part of Something Bigger.
Are you passionate about treating hearing loss and changing lives? Do you want your care to help patients rejoin conversations, reconnect with the people they love, and get back to the moments that matter most? If that is the work that excites you, read on.
A diagnosis is only the beginning. The next step is a clinician who can turn that diagnosis into renewed confidence, stronger relationships, and a better quality of life.
At Auris Practice Solutions, our Dispensing Audiologists help patients reconnect with the conversations, careers, families, and moments that matter most. Working alongside leading ENT and private audiology practices, you will deliver personalized hearing treatment through evidence-based technology, counseling, verification, and long-term rehabilitation.
This is not about fitting devices. It is about restoring confidence, improving communication, and changing lives. Through our hybrid model, you do it for more patients than a single clinic ever could.

HOW OUR MODEL WORKS
You lead the clinical relationship: evaluation, treatment planning, counseling, and verification. Trained Clinic Assistants inside partner ENT and audiology practices handle in-person setup, fitting support, and follow-up logistics under your direction. Remote programming through our MaestroFusion® platform lets you deliver evidence-based care to patients across multiple practices, building lasting relationships without being tied to one location.
SET UP TO SUCCEED
Remote experience is a plus. If you do not have it yet, our MaestroAuD® Certification Program gets you remote-ready to deliver care through MaestroFusion®, so you can focus on your patients from day one. If we hire you, it is because you are outstanding, and we invest in you to match. That includes supporting licensure in the states you will serve.
