Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Supply Chain Management Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to optimize and manage end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving supply chain efficiency, inventory management, demand planning, procurement coordination, logistics optimization, and data-driven decision-making to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and develop strategies to maintain optimal stock availability.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Support demand forecasting and supply planning activities.
- Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, OTIF, lead time, and forecast accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Develop and maintain supply chain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Utilize ERP and planning systems for inventory, procurement, and supply planning activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis of supply chain disruptions and implement corrective actions.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and supply chain automation projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Production Planning, or Operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, and logistics operations.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of forecasting, inventory optimization, and material requirement planning (MRP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
