Role Overview:

Analyst in the Trading Department plays a role in monitoring and overseeing all client accounts and platforms. They are responsible for addressing any sports and racing events that require immediate action, as well as establishing prospective markets for forthcoming sports events. Additionally, the Analyst maintains continuous real time updates on all sporting and racing activities to ensure smooth operations within the department.

What You'll Do:

• Providing support to the customer service team by timely carrying out actions and requests, such as resulting events.
• Conducting daily racing and sports setups and website checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Setting up and maintaining prices and display of Sport and Racing Futures markets.
• Identifying potential markets that need to be offered on upcoming sporting events to enhance market coverage.
• Manage the live administration of active sport and racing markets.
• Monitor the incoming bets screen and action bets based on knowledge of the market and client requirements.
• Deal with external and internal stakeholders as required.
• Assist the wider trading department with ad hoc tasks as required.
• Ensuring the risk management services provided to our MTS clients is the best in-class.

• Proven experience in a customer service or business background.
• Ability to work on a 24/7 roster.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
