As a Product Designer at Blink Charging, you will contribute to the end-to-end design experience across our Mobile App (NA & EU/UK) and our Host and Admin portal products. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and QA to deliver designs that are grounded in real user journeys, technically informed, and built to scale. This is a hands-on, collaborative role for a designer who thinks about user journeys, communicates proactively, and is excited about integrating AI tooling into their design workflow.

What You’ll Work On

•       The Blink driver Mobile App — an EV charging experience used across North America and the EU/UK, covering onboarding, charging sessions, payments, and account settings.

•       Host Portal — external-facing charger management software used by property owners and site hosts.

•       Admin Portal — internal tooling used by Blink operations teams to manage the network.

Key Responsibilities

•       Design end-to-end user flows and screens across mobile and web products, ensuring consistency and coherence across the full journey.

•       Work closely with the Product team and Engineering to deliver timely and quality designs to smooth delivery in an Agile Scrum environment.

•       Document current and proposed flows in Figma before sharing designs for review or development.

•       Contribute to and maintain a clean, well-structured design system with consistent, semantic naming conventions.

•       Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document user journeys and needs to ensure designs align with customer needs.

•       Actively adopt and apply AI-assisted design tooling (Claude + Figma) as part of your workflow

What We’re Looking For

•       3+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong user journey thinking — not just polished UI

•       Solid understanding of mobile and web design patterns, and the ability to design coherently across both

•       Experience working in Agile/Sprint environments alongside engineering and product teams

•       Strong Figma skills, including design system management and flow documentation

•       Curiosity about AI-assisted design tools — you’ve experimented with them, or you’re keen to

•       Ability to think end-to-end: you consider the full user context, not just the screen in front of you

•       Experience designing for EV, mobility, or IoT products
