Position Summary
The Valet Supervisor supports the Valet Manager and Director of Member Experiences in overseeing daily valet and transportation operations. This role is responsible for leading the valet team, maintaining exceptional service standards, coordinating staffing and operational needs, and ensuring members and guests receive a seamless Bluejack experience. The Valet Supervisor is a hands-on hospitality leader who can confidently manage the operation while also jumping in wherever needed. This individual should be highly organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable balancing staffing, transportation, valet, and personalized member services in a fast-paced environment. The ultimate goal is simple: ensure every arrival, departure, transportation request, and member interaction reflects the exceptional Bluejack National experience.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Valet Manager with scheduling, daily staffing, shift coverage, and team assignments.
  • Work closely with the Director of Member Experiences to manage team hours, labor needs, and department budget.
  • Supervise and support valet associates while maintaining Bluejack’s standards for hospitality, professionalism, and presentation.
  • Oversee daily valet services, including vehicle retrieval, staging, member arrivals and departures, and special event support.
  • Coordinate internal and external shuttle operations, ensuring safe, timely, and professional transportation for members and guests.
  • Manage to-go order deliveries throughout the property and ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate golf cart drop-offs, pickups, and cleanings, ensuring carts are properly maintained, clean, charged, and ready for member use.
  • Assist with the coordination of pet-sitting services and other personalized member requests.
  • Support transportation logistics for events, member activities, and high-volume periods.
  • Communicate effectively with Member Experiences, Golf, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Train, coach, and develop valet team members while holding the team accountable to Bluejack service standards.
  • Assist with resolving member and guest requests, concerns, and service recovery situations.
  • Monitor daily operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service, and the overall member experience.
  • Lead by example and actively participate in the operation alongside the team.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support the overall Member Experiences operation.

EDUCATION:

High School diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.

 

APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:

Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates.

Soliciting gratuities from members or guests is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Gratuities include items such as cash, favors, gifts, tickets to events and other forms of non-financial compensation. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: 

Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements.

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment  

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Our property sits on 767 acres and features many indoor and outdoor facilities that make up the work environment.  While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift. The employee may be working outside or inside and in different types of weather including excessive heat, cold temperatures, rain and sunshine.   While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Likely this role will require the ability to drive a golf cart to transport from one area of the property to another in a safe and secure manner.
