• Dr. Ryan Falke, DDS: Dr. Falke brings a unique, highly specialized background to our practice. He initially earned a degree in computer engineering from Brigham Young University, publishing research in autonomous robotics and working as a network engineer. Pursuing his true passion, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University and practiced as a general dentist in Sacramento before completing an intensive Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) residency at Loma Linda—the only Level-1 trauma center in the Inland Empire—under the tutelage of the renowned Dr. Alan Herford.
• Dr. Falke is proficient in advanced technological methods for wisdom tooth removal, implants, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma, reconstruction, and facial cosmetics, with published research in bone regeneration and grafting. Outside the clinic, Dr. Falke and his wife enjoy raising their four young children while hiking local mountains, visiting Reno parks, and riding bikes together!

What You’ll Do Every Day (Responsibilities)

As the friendly face and voice of our surgical practice, you’ll start every patient's experience on a positive note:

• First Impressions & Hospitality: Warmly greet patients upon arrival, manage check-ins, and set positive, comforting expectations for their visits.
• Phone & Communication Management: Answer multi-line phone calls with ease, respond to patient inquiries, and securely process intake information.
• Scheduling & Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, update electronic patient records, and assist with basic front office workflows.
• Multi-Site Operations: Travel between our local Reno-area clinics as scheduled to maintain seamless daily patient operations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with surgical assistants and doctors during morning huddles to ensure smooth patient care.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience: No prior dental experience required! 1–3 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or administrative) is preferred, but we will fully train the right high-energy candidate.
• Communication Skills: A warm, friendly, clear communication style and a knack for making patients feel comfortable.
• Core Qualities: Dependable, punctual, collaborative mindset, and a genuine desire to learn and grow in healthcare.
• Travel Flexibility: Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between local practice locations.
• Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety guidelines.
