Director, Sales & Partnerships

Boll & Branch is seeking an exceptional sales leader to oversee and scale our multi-channel B2B business end-to-end. As Director of Sales & Partnerships, you will own the overall strategy, performance, and operational framework across our entire wholesale ecosystem—spanning major department stores, digital marketplaces, promotional/registry channels, design trade, and high-growth verticals like hospitality.

You will partner closely with Brand Marketing, PR, Merchandising, Planning, and Operations to ensure every placement feels brand-right—reinforcing the halo effect of our products in the world’s most inspiring spaces while driving profitable, sustainable growth.
