Bookmans Entertainment Exchange has been serving Arizona communities for nearly 50 years. Originally a used bookstore, Bookmans has expanded to include various forms of media such as books, video games, music and movies as well as musical instruments, housewares, and collectibles. We buy, sell, and trade with our customers to acquire the majority of our inventory, proudly following a sustainable business model that keeps items out of landfills and gives them new life. Job Responsibilities:

To oversee all aspects of the Customer Service Department while fostering a friendly, customer-focused environment. Train, guide, and support store staff, ensure exceptional customer service, monitor customer interactions, resolve customer concerns, perform cashier duties as needed, assist with the circulation of Gallery merchandise, and support daily store operations while working within company policies and procedures.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

· Motivation to coach, train, and support store staff while promoting a positive customer experience.

· Able to assign and distribute work while working collaboratively with management and team members.

· Ability to resolve customer concerns and de-escalate situations in a professional manner.

· Strong cash handling and POS knowledge.

· Knowledge of pricing, trading, discount systems, and company policies and procedures.

· Strong decision-making, problem-solving, mediation, and time management skills.

· Able to maintain knowledge of current inventory, backstock, and market trends.

· Able to adapt to a flexible working schedule with early mornings, evenings, mid-shifts, weekends, and Manager-On-Duty shifts.

· Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40lbs, and maintain a cleanly and organized work environment.

This is a full-time position (minimum of 32 hours per week) and Must have Open Availability to work on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and be able to work 5 shifts per week.
