Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 permanent position

Compensation: $80,000-$95,000+ $10,000 variable + $500 Referral Fee

About You:

BookNook is looking for a strategic, outcomes-oriented implementation leader to own the successful launch, delivery, and long-term health of BookNook partnerships. This role is responsible for onboarding and implementing new customers while also sharing responsibility for the ongoing health, renewal, and growth of existing partnerships. As a trusted advisor to district and school leaders, you will drive implementation excellence, strong partnership experiences, and measurable student outcomes.


The ideal candidate combines strong operational execution with a consultative and solutions-oriented mindset. They are comfortable managing multiple complex partnerships simultaneously, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity with confidence. They proactively identify risks, solve problems, facilitate difficult conversations, and drive accountability to ensure successful implementation and positive customer outcomes. 


This individual excels at balancing the details of partnership delivery including onboarding, training, rostering, change management, and ongoing partnership operations while maintaining a strategic focus on implementation effectiveness, student outcomes, and long-term partnership health.


What you will be doing:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation for BookNook programs by serving as a strategic consultant to district and school leaders. Provide implementation guidance, best practices, and solutions while leading onboarding, launch planning, training, rostering, change management, and ongoing program delivery aligned to district goals and customer outcomes.
  • Monitor implementation performance, analyze customer feedback and program data, and identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, customer experience, and student outcomes.
  • Independently manage multiple complex implementations by proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring delivery commitments are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for district leaders, providing strategic guidance throughout implementation and ongoing partnership management.
  • Partner closely with Regional Directors of Partnerships to support customer retention, renewals, expansion opportunities, and seamless customer transitions throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Track and report on key implementation metrics, customer adoption, and partnership outcomes to ensure successful delivery and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years leading complex implementations, consulting, account management, educational leadership, or similar customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders both internal and external to the organization
  • Curiosity and obsession with continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with a track record of independently managing initiatives and delivering results
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Experience using data, customer feedback, and program insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment across stakeholders without direct authority
  • Demonstrated understanding of the K–12 education landscape and the challenges facing schools and districts
  • Job Primary Location: Remote 
  • Ability to travel: 25%
