About the Role

The GTM Associate is an entry-level role within the Marketing team, designed for a high-potential graduate building a career at the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue operations in B2B SaaS.

You will work across the GTM function: supporting outbound prospecting, lead qualification, database management, and commercial operations. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to make an impact from day one. You will learn the tools, process, and discipline of enterprise business development in financial technology.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify outbound pipeline across Bipsync's target segments through multi-channel prospecting.
  • Manage inbound inquiries end-to-end: qualify against ideal client profiles and hand off to Account Executives.
  • Support the execution and logistics of Bipsync’s events program, including pre-event activations through to post-event follow ups.
  • Assist in the distribution of marketing content across email, LinkedIn, and partner channels, coordinating outbound sequences and reporting on engagement.
  • Help ensure the health and accuracy of Bipsync's contact database in our CRM, including list segmentation, data enrichment, and compliance with GDPR requirements.
  • Support the GTM team with account research, competitive intelligence, and market signals, and assist in creating and maintaining sales enablement assets including landing pages, battlecards, and email templates.
About You

You are a recent graduate who is naturally curious, commercially minded, and highly organized. You take initiative and see things through on your own. You are comfortable writing a crisp email or spending an afternoon building a prospect list — and you bring the same care and attention to all of it. You want to understand how a modern B2B revenue engine works, and you are prepared to do the foundational work that makes it run.

  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable with data and tools, including CRMs (Dynamics 365) and marketing automation platforms(HubSpot), Claude, Apollo.io, Gong Engage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Excel.
  • Proactive, coachable, and accountable.
  • Confident using AI tools to accelerate research and outreach while applying sound judgement on accuracy and appropriate use.
