
The Warehouse Clerk II properly maintains all records according to their assigned area — Shipping, Receiving, or Tooling. This role also processes orders (incoming or outgoing), accepts deliveries, and keeps the warehouse organized.
• Receive customer parts.
• Pack and ship orders for delivery.
• Inspect all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.
• Report and return damaged product.
• Perform weekly cycle counts.
• For an assigned Tooling Clerk: maintain extensive knowledge of aircraft tooling, maintain calibration records, research tooling information, and maintain working knowledge of tooling to communicate with vendors to acquire calibration quotes, new tooling, etc.
• For an assigned Receiving Clerk: successfully complete Inspector Training and maintain excellent, proficient written communication with internal and external customers.
• For an assigned Shipping Clerk: acquire and maintain an IATA Certificate and maintain excellent verbal and written communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Track and log all product inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses.
• Accept deliveries of company products and store them accordingly.
• Restock new supplies.
• Operate forklift or other machinery required for transporting large orders and heavy products.
• Use Corridor or other software programs to record and monitor inventory logistics transactions.
• Keep the warehouse area clean and organized.
• Report discrepancies in inventory to the Warehouse Manager.
• Commit to company values and comply with department norms, policies, directives, and procedures.
• Strive for continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
• Honor and protect confidential and proprietary documents and information.
• Satisfy work schedule requirements, including reliable transportation and good attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Three (3) or more years of related experience.
• Holds a current, valid driver's license, where required to perform the essential functions of the position.
Preferred
• Associate's Degree.
• Forklift, shipping, and receiving experience.
• HazMat Certification in shipping and receiving.
• This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
• Basic computer skills: MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service.
• Knowledge of appropriate steps to analytical problem solving.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Ability to work in a team environment, remaining attentive to ideas, recognizing responsibilities, and actively participating with others to accomplish assignments and achieve desired goals.
• Treats others fairly and with respect.
• Knowledge of the department's policies, rules, regulations, business goals, vision, organizational structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, and values.

• This position is considered INDUSTRIAL WORK, characterized as follows.
• Ability to work in a safe, professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, FAA, DOT, and state and federal regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours and different shifts if required.
• This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing throughout the day.
• Must pass forklift certification.
• This position is considered HEAVY work, with frequent lifting of 25–50 lbs and occasional lifting of 50–100 lbs; frequent climbing of stairs/ladders, standing, balancing, stooping, squatting, and reaching; work in confined spaces; and repetitive movements of the arms and hands. PPE for head, hands, body, vision, and hearing protection is required as applicable.
