As the first point of contact for our patients, our Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in creating the warm, professional atmosphere that sets Korman Plastic Surgery & Wunderbar apart.


Work Schedule: 

 

This is a fulltime position requiring 40 hours/week. The role is onsite working Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM with an alternating Saturday per month. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met. 

 

Responsibilities: 


  • Deliver an exceptional, concierge-level patient experience, providing personalized support and seamless coordination throughout every stage of the patient journey—from arrival through post-operative care.
  • Prepare patients, clinical spaces, medical records, photographs, measurements, and necessary supplies to ensure every consultation, procedure, and follow-up visit is conducted with the highest level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Anticipate and support the needs of surgeons, providers, and clinical teams while facilitating efficient patient flow, coordinating follow-up care, and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
  • Uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence by maintaining immaculate, fully stocked, and organized patient care environments while adhering to all applicable privacy, safety, infection control, and practice standards.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with clinical, surgical, scheduling, administrative, and medical spa teams to deliver an elevated, cohesive patient experience while supporting practice initiatives and operational needs across all locations.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer facing role.
  • Experience managing phone systems and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. 
  • Proficiency in computer systems and typing skills. 
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, cosmetic procedures, and skincare products is a plus. 

 

Compensation: 

The salary for this position ranges from $25-$28/hr, depending on experience, with additional performance-based incentives and benefits.
