About the Job

At Dadosfera, our Finance team plays a strategic role in ensuring operational efficiency, data integrity, and healthy business growth. As a Finance Intern, you will join an innovative and fast-paced environment where finance meets technology, data, and artificial intelligence.

You will work closely with our leadership and finance operations team, gaining hands-on experience across the entire financial cycle—from day-to-day accounts management to financial planning, budgeting, and process automation. This position is ideal for someone curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how a modern data platform company manages its financial routines while leveraging AI and automation to scale operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) routines.
  • Review, classify, schedule, organize, and archive financial documentation and receipts.
  • Assist in issuing invoices, registering bank slip settlements, and monitoring incoming payments.
  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assist in monitoring delinquency rates, managing payment reminders, and tracking the collection workflow (régua de cobrança).
  • Support cash flow tracking, forecasting, and working capital management.
  • Help gather, organize, and monitor financial and business KPIs.
  • Assist in the monthly financial closing process and support the preparation of Actual vs. Budget (Real x Orçado) reports.
  • Help organize and prepare financial data and presentations for leadership and executive meetings.
  • Support the management and control of company software subscriptions, licenses, and vendor contracts.
  • Document financial procedures and workflows, identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify repetitive tasks that can be automated using Artificial Intelligence (AI), scripts, and modern automation tools.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis), Business Administration (Administração), Economics (Economia), Production Engineering (Engenharia de Produção), or related fields.
  • Graduation date expected for 2027 or later (must have at least 1 year available for internship).
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas, filters, and pivot tables / tabelas dinâmicas).
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • High comfort level working with numbers, financial reports, and data verification.
  • Willingness and curiosity to understand business dynamics beyond executing daily tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity or strong interest in modern software tools, AI applications (e.g., LLMs, ChatGPT, Copilot), and process automation.
  • Basic understanding of financial statements (DRE / Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet).
  • Proactive mindset with a desire to propose process improvements and optimization.
  • Prior experience or active participation in university groups, junior enterprises, academic projects, or previous internships in finance, admin, or customer support roles.
