Your role as Financial Analyst Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst Intern to join our Finance team. This role provides practical experience across two critical functions: Financial Reporting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). You will play a key role in transforming financial data into strategic insights that guide management and support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


What you'll be doing

  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports, including management reporting packages
  • Financial Planning: Support the team in monthly and quarterly forecasting, as well as the annual budgeting process under supervision
  • Data Management: Collect, verify, and structure large datasets to support both strategic analysis and external reporting projects
  • Financial Modelling: Help maintain and update complex financial models used for forecasting and strategic planning
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required by senior finance leadership

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables, formulas, and lookups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-starter attitude, strong sense of ownership, and an ability to manage competing priorities
  • Fluency in English and French (bilingualism) is a strong asset, given our Montreal location and Canada-wide customer base

Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
