Equal opportunity
Disseqt AI is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from everyone and make hiring decisions based on skills, experience and fit for the role. We don’t discriminate on the basis of gender, civil status, family status, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, race, membership of the Traveller community, or any other ground protected by law.

Adjustments
If you need any adjustments to apply or interview, email HR@disseqt.ai. We’ll sort it out, and it won’t affect how your application is assessed.

How we use your data
Disseqt AI Ltd (20 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, Ireland) is the data controller for your application. We use the information you send us only to assess your application and manage our recruitment process. We use Rippling to host our applications. Our team in India may also review your details, and those transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.

If you’re not successful, we keep your application for 12 months after our decision and then delete it. If you’re hired, it becomes part of your employee file. Where a role involves a background check, we delete the detailed report within 30 days and keep only a record that the check was completed.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, at any time by contacting DPO@disseqt.ai. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Use of AI in hiring
We may use AI tools to help organise applications, but a person reviews every application and makes every decision.

Recruitment agencies
We don’t accept unsolicited CVs from agencies. Any CV sent without an agreed contract in place won’t incur a fee.
