AI UX/UI Designer

Moveo Technologies Corp. (drvn)

As the first and currently the main brand of Moveo Technologies Corporation, drvn provides premium, global, private passenger transportation and logistics services. Providing technology solutions and passenger transportation services for complex ground environments and projects is the company's primary focus.

Role Description

Our AI UX/UI Designer works at the intersection of UX/UI craft and AI-assisted design. AI tools (such as Figma Make, Claude, Gemini, or similar) are the default starting point for exploration, prototyping, and layout alternatives; the designer applies strong design judgment to decide when and how to refine that output by hand.

This role is responsible for designing and structuring digital interfaces for websites, platforms, and applications, with a focus on usability, user flows, information architecture, and visual consistency, from initial concepts and wireframes through interactive prototypes and final UI, working within the team's existing design system and collaborating closely with Copy, Brand, and Development teams.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in UX/UI design, works fluently with AI as part of their default process rather than as an occasional accelerator, and demonstrates strong attention to detail, curiosity, and sound judgment over AI-generated output. The role also contributes ideas on how AI is integrated into the team's design practices, though final direction on that strategy stays with the design manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Create user flows, low-, mid-, and high-fidelity wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
  • Leverage AI tools (such as Figma Make, Claude, Gemini, or similar) as the default starting point for exploration, prototyping, and layout alternatives, while applying design judgment to decide when and how to refine by hand.
  • Contribute to the development of the design team's AI practices under the guidance and final direction of the manager
  • Design digital interfaces for websites, platforms, and applications, applying usability principles and the existing design system.
  • Build and refine layouts using components, patterns, and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across digital products.
  • Apply information architecture, user-centered design principles, and visual hierarchy to create clear and intuitive user experiences.
  • Integrate screen copy and content provided by the Copy Editor into interface designs, ensuring appropriate hierarchy, readability, and usability.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-structured Figma files, including components, layers, and design documentation, to support efficient technical handoff.
  • Collaborate with the Development team during the handoff and implementation process, addressing design-related questions and ensuring accurate execution.
  • Incorporate feedback from senior team members and stakeholders and progressively take ownership of assigned design tasks.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design, digital product design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Portfolio demonstrating experience designing digital products, websites, platforms, or applications. Personal or academic projects may be considered.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variables, prototyping, and working with design systems.
  • Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, including user flows, information architecture, usability, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
  • Practical experience with, or strong interest in, AI tools such as Figma Make, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools applied to UX/UI workflows.
  • Ability to translate requirements, content, and feedback into clear, functional, and visually consistent interfaces.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized, development-ready design files.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned design tasks while seeking guidance when facing more complex UX/UI challenges.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Availability for on-site work.

Team Collaboration

Receives guidance on design decisions, coordinates with the Copy Editor for the implementation of screen copy, relies on the Graphic Designer for brand visual assets, and collaborates with the Development team during file handoffs.
