What You'll Do

• Administer and maintain HR systems, with a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy, particularly with tools like Rippling.
• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring compliance and timely distribution of salaries.
• Support the development and execution of comprehensive talent strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Coordinate performance management processes, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR policies and initiatives effectively.
• Serve as an HR point of contact to resolve employee inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations applicable to the organization's operations

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
• Proficient with Rippling or similar HR and payroll management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in performance management and talent strategy development.
