The Athletic Club Team at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is hiring a Fitness Front Desk Attendant to support daily operations at our resort fitness center. This guest-facing position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in fitness and hospitality, and takes pride in providing friendly, helpful service. What You’ll Do Includes:

• Greet and assist resort guests, athletic club members, and visitors at the fitness center front desk
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming fitness and athletic club spaces
• Manage fitness class registrations, pool reservations, and memberships using computer-based systems
• Answer questions about fitness center services, amenities, schedules, and resort policies
• Process membership payments, retail purchases, and guest-pass transactions
• Provide clear information about facility guidelines and resort policies while delivering courteous guest service

Location: The Athletic Club at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO

Start Date: As soon as possible

Employment Type: Part Time, Year Round 

Pay Rate: $22 / hour

Schedule: Open shifts are Tuesday - Thursday 12:00PM - 5:00PM and Friday - Sunday 5:00PM - 10:00PM with opportunity to pick up additional shifts.

Job Closing Date: 11/27/2026 or when filled

Successful candidates are at least 18 years of age and should bring strong communication and customer service skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, attention to detail, and multitasking are essential, along with a positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, move equipment, set up and take down pool lanes, and clear snow from pool furniture in the winter. Candidates should also be willing to participate in or observe fitness classes to fully understand their essence. Demonstrated guest service skills are required, previous fitness club experience is preferred, and basic computer proficiency is expected.
