Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries.
• Answer phones and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Sort and distribute packages for residents and guests.
• Conduct property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and smooth operations.
• Monitor parking areas to maintain order and assist as needed.
