About the Role

The Collective Snowmass, located in beautiful Snowmass Village, Colorado, is seeking an energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic Game Lounge Attendant to join our team for the winter season! In this role, you will help create a fun, welcoming, and safe environment where guests of all ages can enjoy games, activities, and memorable experiences.

As part of The Collective team, you will assist guests with check-in, oversee game activities, process transactions, and support special events. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, and enjoys interacting with people while maintaining a positive attitude in a lively, fast-paced environment.

• • Job Location: The Collective Game Lounge & Collective Hall – Snowmass Village, CO
  • Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
  • Schedule: 12:30 PM–8:30 PM shifts; evenings, weekends, and holidays required. Minimum two shifts per week.
  • Employment Status: Full-Time, Seasonal
  • Start Date: 11/27/2026

What You'll Do

• Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere by greeting every guest with a smile and delivering friendly, attentive customer service.
• Assist guests with check-in procedures, including completing required waivers and providing information about games and activities.
• Monitor the Game Lounge and supervise activities to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Process admissions and other transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Supervise ball pit activities, assist guests as needed, and maintain a clean and organized play area.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning games, equipment, and shared spaces throughout each shift.
• Support the Supervisor with daily opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with birthday parties, private events, and special activities to create memorable guest experiences.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations during busy periods and provide additional support as needed.

About You

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and personable attitude.
• Ability to remain positive, professional, and attentive in a fast-paced, noisy, and active environment.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable interacting with guests of all ages.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform occasional sitting, walking, stooping, reaching, and handling tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry up to approximately 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Availability to work scheduled afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
