We're looking for passionate Cooks who take pride in creating memorable meals, work well under pressure, and are committed to delivering consistent quality in a dynamic resort kitchen. What You'll Do:

• Prepare, season, and cook hot line dishes and pizzas following established recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards
• Complete prep work, stock assigned stations, and keep the hot line and pizza station ready for efficient service
• Cook items to order while maintaining food quality, proper cooking temperatures, and consistent timing
• Practice proper food handling, storage, labeling, and product rotation to maintain quality and reduce waste
• Follow all sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety requirements, including company policies and local health regulations
• Monitor ingredient levels, communicate replenishment needs, and work with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations and clean, organized workstations

Pay Rate: $22 / hour 

Schedule: 4:00pm - 10:00pm

Our ideal candidate brings strong organization, time management, and attention to detail to a fast-paced kitchen environment. They take pride in preparing high-quality food consistently and efficiently, with experience in grill, sauté, hot line, or pizza cooking preferred. A culinary background and understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation standards are valued. The right candidate is dependable, team-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining high standards. ServSafe certification is a plus.
