Distribution Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Distribution Coordinator to lead our warehouse operations in Greer, SC. The Distribution Coordinator at Eastern Nuts, Bolts, and Gaskets, LLC. will oversee all activities associated with the Gasket Manufacturing and Distribution Process.

What you'll do

• Manage associates and contribute to filling orders
• Receive and store product; inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, and delivering materials, and parts to specific locations as needed.
• Ensure the branch quality management system continuously delivers products and/or services that meet or exceed customer expectations while maintaining ISO 9001 requirements.
• Manage and direct the performance of a small team of Distribution Associates and Delivery Drivers.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED; strongly prefer at least 1 year of related supervisory experience, ideally in a warehouse or distribution center environment that utilizes RF technology
• Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong comfort level with using computers on a daily basis.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A current and valid drivers license.
• Location: You must live within a reasonable distance from the Distribution Center. This job is NOT remote and requires you to enter the center every workday.
• Physical Ability: You must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis and perform functions such as crouching, kneeling, and balancing.
