Sales Associate

• Responsible for dealing with customer and client needs during sale events.
• Selling of merchandise includes working with customers, carrying their items to and from the dressing room and from the selling floor to the registers.
• Merchandising and restocking the selling floor which includes rearranging the selling floor as the sale progresses.

Skills/Abilities:

• Strong sales skills
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Ability to merchandise all product categories
• Ability to work with backstock and replenish merchandise
• Ability to unpack boxes from the floor to tables during load-ins and vice versa for loadouts.
• Ability to move full rolling racks of clothing to the appropriate placement on the selling floor and/or to backstock.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Target Compensation: $24 - $28 per hour

Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
